Cherry Paddocks, Cherry Willingham

Reported via desktop in the Trip hazard/uneven surface category anonymously at 13:09, Tue 26 August 2025

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2853584.

Severely damaged footpath. Tarmac has split. Is a trip hazard to those who use walking sticks due to the size of the cracks. Quite a long crack, 10 metres or more. Only a matter of time before the kerbstones topple over.

  • This matter has been made aware to the developer several times this year, and they simply aren't interested. It has also been made aware that if I personally fall over and hurt myself, or I see someone else fall over and hurt themselves due to this faulty path, then I will take legal action myself, or help the other person. So other than report it to you, what more can be done if the developer isn't interested in repairing the issue?
