Tree/hedge restricting available highway problem
Reported in the Tree/hedge restricting available highway category by Customer Services at 15:28, Thu 21 August 2025
Council ref: 4572815.
There is also a potentially privately owned ash tree located W3W insolvent.woes.races which is subject to ash dieback and therefore shows significant deadwood and brittle timber with a higher likelihood of failure on the highway. Owners name is Hugh Malenson ( name given by a gentleman who was cutting the grass for the property outside at the time)
