Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2853750.
It was reported to me that flooding occurs with little rainfall onto the pathway side of the road and floods the pathway as a result, meaning pedestrians have to walk on the field and can get splashed by oncoming vehicles. I have notified a local resident to get photo evidence of the issue when it occurs to show the full extent of the problem
