Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2853772.

Drain appears to be blocked as even moderate rainfall does not drain and causes standing water after rainfall has ended.

This blockage is getting worse by the week. Standing water is not going down the drain and extends wider than previously and further along the road in both directions.

This is becoming beyond a joke. Every time I see it, it’s getting worse. Now blocked so much the water that isn’t going down the drain extends 15m along the road.
