The cul-de-sac is increasingly overgrown with brambles and weeds and the verges are full of mature weeds including Budlia plants which are so well rooted I cannot remove. Parking is now restricted in the end of the road and it is a mess.

  • Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

    The worst side has now been cleaned really well by the Council contractors. They have done a brilliant job clearing away the brambles and cleaning the weeds from the kerbs. I have added an "after" photo. Unfortunately because of parked vehicles they could not do the other side of the close which needs cleaning and trees cutting back BUT well done on what has been done so far.
