Dangerous Wall Risk to Pedestrians and Traffic Opposite Clock Tower

Reported via desktop in the Damaged/missing pedestrian guardrail category by Cllr Jimmy Brookes at 12:03, Saturday 30 August 2025

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2854069.

A car has recently collided with the wall opposite the Clock Tower. The wall is now in a dangerous and unstable state.

There is a high risk that loose sections of the wall could fall onto the pavement where pedestrians pass, or into the road where vehicles travel. This presents an immediate danger of injury to members of the public and road users.

Please could this be inspected urgently and made safe as a matter of public safety.
