Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2854290.

The white lines are non existent due to the state of the road and there are no cats eyes between aunsby and quarington turn off. The state of the road is not good especially as winter is approaching Will someone please tell me when repairs are being done as i have asked this before and was told there would be some major works planned.

  • Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

  • We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report because we are writing to inform you that we have assessed the condition of the road in question. While there has been some deterioration, it does not currently meet the criteria for immediate action.

    Please note that this road is inspected on a monthly basis, and any necessary maintenance work is scheduled in accordance with the Highways Infrastructure Asset Management Plan (HIAMP).

    If the condition worsens significantly, we encourage you to report it again so that we can carry out a further investigation.
