Been filled in only 2 weeks ago but again not done properly so all loose asphalt is on the road again. This is going to hit someone's car/ motorbike and cause an accident. Needed doing properly the first time.

On the westbound carriageway, pot hole at this location is very large right next to a previous repair. current hole dimensions approx 300mm wide and approx 600mm long and measured at 100mm deep.
