Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2854508.

TTRO/TTR013317 You keep giving Anglian Water permission to close this road for water leaks. Is it possible that they could repair these properly and not just bodge it. The residence have to travel 10 mile detour every time and half the time there are NO workmen on site. Maybe you could keep a eye on these repairs to minimise the road closures.
