Each time it rains water gathers outside our house, which is in the conservation area. As the house stands on the pavement the water splashes up the house and has damaged the brick work, mortar and front door.

  • We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report. We're sending you this message to let you know that we've assessed the drainage condition and at this time it does not require urgent repair. However we have identified this location for a larger scale improvement scheme. At this stage we are unable to give specific dates for this We will continue to monitor this location as part of our routine inspections of the highway in the meantime. Thank you for reporting this matter.
