Entrance to field known as The Rushes, off A607 Fulbeck

Reported via desktop in the Vegetation/Hedges/Trees category anonymously at 17:20, Wed 3 September 2025

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2854518.

A fortnight ago you advised that the landowner was cultivating his field in the next 2 weeks and the public footpath would be cleared. The field was cultivated on 15th August 2025. However there is a 30 metre brede of shoulder high weed on the south and eastern sides of the field. The northern and western boundaries have been cut. From the bottom of the footpath between Ash Lodge and The Ropewalk (which we mow to keep this part of the path open) to the cultivated area one has to wade through this 30 metre weeded stretch and it requires cutting down
