Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 1 minute later. Council ref: 2854552.
The kerb and the drain cover have both sunk below the level of the surrounding pavement.
The drain cover has become detached from its frame. If lifted open, the cover comes off and in fact on the occasion when I lifted it, it slipped into the road.
