This tree grows just outside our boundary at the front of the house. Our house is 88

Reported via desktop in the Dying or diseased tree category anonymously at 13:44, Sat 6 September 2025

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2854900.

This is an old cherry tree which is now starting to develop cracks and fissures in its trunks. Other similar trees up the road have already been trimmed or cut down. We are also worried about the proximity to our phone line. The tree looks like it has been trimmed many times in the past. The tree has been like this for some time.

  • Good afternoon, This problem has still not been looked at or sorted out. Now winter is here with higher winds we are worried that a larger branch may blow down onto the road or our garden. Please could this be looked at!
