Reported to me (Parish Councillor) Resident Concern – Drainage Issue (No. 30)
I have been contacted by the resident at No. 30 regarding an ongoing drainage issue. The resident reports that a previous clean revealed the drain beneath the cover to be split or broken. As a result, they are experiencing damp and unpleasant odours.
I reported this matter previously, and while an investigation was carried out, the resident observed that this appeared to consist of two vans being present for a couple of hours without any evident inspection taking place.
During a recent period of heavy rainfall, the drain flooded once again, and the resident has raised their concerns with me for a second time.
Could we please request either:
A further, thorough investigation of the drain at No. 30, or

Just to confirm this issue is adjacent to 30 Station Rd Kirton.
It appears the pin on the map is in the incorrect location. It’s PE201LD
