You have come to try and resolve this problem twice and have bodged it twice. As discussed with your officer George Cartwright the drain is higher than the road so needs lowering properly. Putting a tarmac patch to try and raise the road hasn’t had any effect at all and you have just wasted tax payers money again. Please see photos attached taken after the recent rain, the problem it is just as bad as before.

Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.
