Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2855104.

Previously reported under Council ref: 2850842, this lane has only been swept once to remove a the dangerous amount of loose chippings that have have remained on the surface. According to your own website and various amounts of literature this should’ve been swept 24 hours after the final application of chippings then a week and then 13 weeks after. As mentioned this has only been done once please can you advise when the two subsequent sweeps will be completed

Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.
