We’re sending you this message to let you know that we’ve assessed the road condition and – whilst it has deteriorated, mainly caused by cars parking on footway, it does not yet require further action. However, a forward planning brief has been raised for a resurface request. Thank you for reporting this matter.

Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.
