Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2855257.

Willow tree branches overhanging road and affecting telephone lines. 3 vehicles on roadside - no tax,insurance or m.o.ts Although not an obstruction when visitors to the property they park alongside and resulting in an obstruction. The 1st car in photo has been there for 3 years and is an eyesore.

  • Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

  • Thank you for your enquiry, with regards to the the issue with the overgrown tree, we would advise that you contact Openreach/BT directly as they are responsible for maintaining trees that may be interfering or damaging their equipment (lines/posts). You can contact them directly at https://www.openreach.com/ help-and-support/ damage-health-and-safety You would also need to contact the DVLA directly regarding MOT issues regarding the cars. We can confirm that we will also be taking enforcement action accordingly. Thank you for reporting this matter.

  • Overhanging branches previously reported in September but not resolved. Now builders bag of willow branches taken from householders garden only left in road. Have put the bag next to fence but he has put it back in the road.again.
