As the yellow line in this area has not been reinstated months after road works have removed the yellow lines vehicles are now regularly parking in this area with no penalty blocking the natural course of the road for motorists and endangering the safety of pedestrians on the path on the Boyes side of the road as motorists are having to drive onto the path as vehicles which should not be able to park in this area can apparently do so without penalty as the yellow line has not been reinstated.I had to move quickly to avoid a vehicle coming straight at me today as it was negotiating round a large car parked where the yellow lines should be by driving on the path where I was walking.Anyone with impaired mobility or eyesight would very likley have been hit and seriously injured in this sort of situation.I suggest you rectify this very quickly before there is a serious incident.It has serious neglect written all over it for whoever is responsible for the road markings.
