Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2855484.

Uneven pavement and raised drain cover possibly due to delivery lorries coming onto the pavement to access the layby. trip hazard fortunately i was able to regain balance before falling but i understand many people trip and some have fallen to the fall - not good to the aging population

  • Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

  • A colleague reported there was an incident yesterday where a gentleman tripped and fell and another lady on Saturday - it is certainly a regular occurrence. Let's hope there are no serious trips and falls following the decision that has been made - that it requires no further action!
