Kerb side outside 115 lincoln road

The water stand well in to the road a couple of feet. on Tuesday and Wednesday it was quite deep. A bus drove through and soaked my husband and two small children at 3.40 pm and their mum walking home from school. Careful drivers avoid it. Yesterday slightly less water, but some idiot drove through it, wet me and my small dog again. The photo shows some of the water left and length of the area

  • Why have we closed this report? We cleaned this areas drains in the last year and our last inspection showed that they are working well. It’s worth noting though that at times of extreme weather even well-maintained drains like these can be overwhelmed. If the problem happens again but in less extreme conditions then please report this to us and we will investigate the issue again. Thank you for reporting this matter.
