Ever since the potholes were “ repaired “ by basically pouring Planings in the holes instead of holes we have mounds some are solid but others aren’t and loose debris / planings are in heaps causing tyres of cars and more importantly cyclists to lose traction with car tyres spinning and in my case nearly laying down my bicycle . This problem was reported months ago with the initial answer that work was about to begin for an unrelated reason ( is this the long overdue yellow lining of the western part of Hall Lane ? ) which hasn’t materialised . Road sweeping vehicles have been around but have been ineffective .

The kerbside may well have been done but there are still mounds of Planings at the end of both junctions leading onto Hall Lane ! It is still dangerous for cyclists and motorists .
