Road works on roundabout

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2855499.

Traffic lights needs adjusting. Miles of stationary traffic on Witham Road and stixwould getting long green light for only 2 cars and staying green for a long time. Traffic management needed at peak time before a serious accident.
