Blocked Foul water sewer with debris visible through holes in the cover. This needs to be cleaned and the connecting foul drain which runs East to West along Vine Street and then down Low Street checked to ensure it is not blocked. I am not sure how long this has been blocked but this location suffered from surface water contamination with foul water during the Jan 2025 floods and therefore should be checked as soon as possible.
