Same flat number 60 has put cones out obstructing road

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2856085.

The same flat st number 60 imp close lincoln has once again put cones to block traffic.

They have been told.prior not to do it

  • Same woman at 60 Imp Close, is putting them out and owns the cones she does this regularly and has been warned before
