Would you please check your records for this repair. Whilst doing the road potholes outside my bungalow, the highways officer was made aware of our problem on the pavement. We explained that our resurfacing had been missed two years ago, due to an inherited wide privet hedge. Obviously we have now addressed this problem, but was left with very dangerous uneven broken tarmac. The lady officer agreed it needed to be fixed as soon as possible, she has also marked out in yellow all the dangerous area. Please can you confirm that this is going to be fixed soon. I look forward to hearing from you soon regarding this matter, thank you. Kindest regards.

The pavement has still not been done outside my bungalow, although this work was actioned in early October. Please can you look into this for me, as we need new concrete edging boundary along front of property, as all the old wooden one has rotted away. Also all old tarmac along side it has all broken up, your management team have looked at it at the end of August 25, and said the work needed to be done. Thank you.
