After rain there is standing water covering the path and the top of Park View Avenue at the junction with Lincoln Road (B1188)
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2856208.
This has been a problem for some time ( many years) with flooding on the footpath and road after heavy rainfall. There is a drain there which appears to be blocked. There is also a very large tree on left hand side of the junction, possibly tree roots blocking the drain ? It is a bit dangerous because you drive around the deepest flood water but then you can't see any traffic turning in to Park View Avenue because your view of Lincoln road is obstructed by high hedges .
