Patmans lane A52 end before side turning

Reported via iOS in the Problem at LCC roadworks category anonymously at 12:07, Tue 23 September 2025

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2856501.

The road has collapsed, the bottom of the car hits the central part as there is a huge dip someone with a low profiled car would cause huge damage, and when it’s full of water you have no idea it’s there ….. it doesn’t help that the farm buildings are used all the time with HGVs and huge tractors using a small road that is not suitable for such weight. I think the dry summer has helped Crete this … the third pic is further down and is going the same way!

  • This has got considerably worse with the recent heavy vehicles using the road HGVs and tractors with heavy trailers the bit just past this bit I reported is going the same way. I drive a 4x4 and it’s catching the bottom of vehicle you don’t judge the road dip properly … I’d like to know when it’s gojng to be fixed as it’s dangerous.

  • So reported in Sept the road is dangerous I’ve popped 2 tires in the last couple of weeks due to the severe subsidence and the raised jaggered middle, I’d appreciate a time scale for this repair as it’s nearly un drivable for a car. The hgvs and heavy tractors are not helping who constantly use the road that isn’t suitable for them!
