63A Trinity Street, the drain on Trinity St not Queen St

The drain is clearly blocked and full to the top with water as shown in the photo. When it rains this blocked drain floods across the corner of Trinity Street and drivers have to swerve to avoid it or spray large quantities of surface water onto the adjacent pavement.
