Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2857051.
The light was damaged and removed. The issue is a replacement was not installed. This is a difficult junction for vehicles and pedestrians . Removing the light has created a blackout at this point. With approaching winter time residents are in darkness unable to see hazards on the pavement. Drivers may not see walkers until it is too late.
