Blocked drain problem
Council ref: 4207968.
Caller says a new drain cover was installed about 18 months ago but it has made no difference to the flow of the water as it is the same height as the revious one. WHen she asked the workmen they said they were instructed by their manager to do this. The flow of water is backing up onto the pavement
