    Fence erected on roadside grass verge taking highway land, covering what was originally a ditch running by the side of the hedge, which really needs reinstating to help with drainage on the soft verge, which cars and agricultural vehicles travel on.Fence now surrounded by recently planted laurel hedging which is a substantial plant with very full growth which will compound to the matter further restricting the single track lane.
