Directly oposite number 22 East street Crowland PE6 0EN

Reported via desktop in the Standing water covering more than half the road category anonymously at 18:42, Fri 3 October 2025

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 5 minutes later. Council ref: 2857563.

The storm water drain appears blocked since the road was resurfaced by " minster" as there was no problem prior to this work. During light rain fall the water floods around the gully and floods the road and the parking area in front of the residential properties 20 and 22,. the water floods 4/5 meters from the gully up to the road centre and the footpath in front of No's 20 +22 even after light rain fall. Several attempt have been made clear this gully with no improvement. the real fear is that if heavy rain fall is experienced the houses will get flooded.

  • We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report. Lincolnshire County has received a large amount of rainfall in a short space of time and as such we are having to prioritise flooding sites which pose a risk to life or significant risk of internal flooding. It’s worth noting that at times of extreme weather even well-maintained drains and watercourses can become overwhelmed. Should you feel your property is at risk your first action should be to contact the emergency services who will assess the situation and act accordingly. If ever you feel concerned enough to re-report this issue please include a photograph of the event to help highlight to us the scope of your concerns. Thank you for reporting this matter.
