Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2857580.
The tree is on the verge next to a public footpath and is a potential hazard to the general public. In the recent weather conditions of high winds, the tree seems unstable and poses a potential risk of collapsing. It overhangs both the footpath and also our driveway and we are concerned that if we continue to get poor weather then the tree may collapse and cause damage to the general public but also our property and/or our vehicles. We have lived in the property for a couple of years and have been concerned about the stability of the tree since we moved in.
