The large tree closest to the church on the Green has a low branch that now hangs over the road and is being hit by HGVs, buses etc now. The whole row of trees now have low hanging branches onto the Green - there is an Xmas lights event on Nov 30th that uses the Green, and the low branches will prevent safe use by stall holders and the public. I believe these are SKDC responsibility and they weren’t cut back last year, to my knowledge.

Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.
