The lamppost was already slightly leaning , but yesterday I observed a works transit van collide and further unseat the already precarious lamppost . I stopped the individual told him to contact LCC and report the issue . I meanwhile took his registration number , telephone number and have cctv footage . I instructed him that he’d hit it with such force that I now fear that it could in time come over
