  • Thanks for getting in touch with us. In this case, we’re not responsible for this issue. The dyke is the original field-side dyke for the land prior to the housing development being constructed and therefore will belong to the owner of the adjoining land. This land is registered to Allison Homes Limited. Thank you for reporting this matter.
