Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2858720.
Car hit and drove over bollard at 3:50pm on Thursday 16th October Oak bollard has been pulled out of the ground, damaging the paving. The bollard has been moved off the pavement, but there is a hole present. Video footage of incident is available if required.

Hopefully, it's repaired quicker than the last time, it took a full year then!
This area needs monitoring, as cars/vans regularly mount the kerb & park behind these safety bollards. At the time this issue arose, pupils/children would've been leaving school so this is a safeguarding issue!
