Streetlamp as listed, property affected 14 Chapel lane

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2859195.

This Street lamp shines into my property on 14 Chapel lane, like all the conservation area lights they are poor at illuminating the area required but quite good at dazzling everything else! Would it be possible to fit some kind of shield to the lantern glass at the top on the property side so as to effectively block the light down to say 90 degrees from the lamp centre. I believe the lamps in these were changed and the new types are worse as they radiate further in all directions.
