Road riddled with potholes & constantly flooded

This has apparently been addressed …. See pictures what a complete waste of tax payers money. The quality of the work is appalling & wont last 3 months or address the flooding issue. Has this been ‘signed off ‘ by a member of Lincs council ? If so who would think this is acceptable. Wouldn’t last 2 minutes in the private sector where you would be Hal’s accountable for standards of workmanship.

I shall be following up at a senior level within the council .
