Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2859387.

Blocked drain in the street - threatened to pour down my driveway and into the garage . I managed to shift about forty buckets of water , open the drain and remove loads of leaves and muck etc . I cannot get down any further . Still lots of muck at the bottom . Feared that it might return . I look forward to your response in dealing with this matter . Thank you .
