On Monday 13th October micro surfacing work was carried out in the area of Foundry Road. On Tuesday 14th I parked outside my parents' garage having read that the surface would be fully usable after 24 hours. The attached photos show the resulting damage which has left the pavement in a worse condition that before treatment. Surely this is not the quality of work the council expects for it's money?

  • Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.
