Mansion House next to Yorkshire Trading (Girls High School)

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2859436.

The pavement area in front of the Mansion House, (Listed building with Blue Plaque) is thick with weeds and mud and any drainage not possible. Rubbish from the bus stop is regularly thrown over in to it as no bin near by. Yorkshire Trading have removed their sales displays permanently and now it needs a very good clean up.

  • Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

  • Lincolnshire County Council undertake two weed treatments per annum, the county programme was completed in October. Weeds in the kerbline, in the footway and against hard surfaces such as walls, at the back edge of the footway are treated. Please note that we do not treat weeds against private fences or hedges that abut the highway. Thank you for reporting this matter.
