Reported via mobile in the Tree roots raising footpath category anonymously at 15:03, Sun 26 October 2025

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2859479.

Tree is overgrown, previous request has been ignored and closed even when a follow-up furthering the request was added. The roots are breaking through both the public footpath and now causing damage to private property. Ongoing for years, worsening now. Issue previously cited as a non-issue and closed

  • Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.
