The tree / shrubs at this location have completely grown over the street light so the busy public highway footpath is in shade at night. Stowe Road is a busy route and the night time shade at this busy location makes it very hazardous for pedestrians.

    I received an email today to say this job is completed. I walk by there every day and it has not been done. Here are two photos taken this afternoon. The completed job report shows a photo of the lamppost outside 16 Stowe Road which has been completed.
