Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2859981.
The drain is blocked on eastgate adjacent to my property and on the corner of the council car park , seriously damaging the properties brick work , and also when it rains anyone walking past gets soaked from the cars spraying them, as any excess water on the roads is not going down the drain

We're sending you this message to let you know that we've assessed the drainage in the area and have identified this location for a larger scale improvement scheme. At this stage we are unable to give specific dates for this or definitely commit to the scheme because we prioritise these schemes based on condition compared with the rest of the County drainage network and the resources available to us each year. We will continue to monitor this location as part of our routine inspections of the highway in the meantime. Thank you for reporting this matter.
