Corner of Daniel’s Reach and Lilburn Drive

Reported via desktop in the Trip hazard/uneven surface category anonymously at 16:25, Saturday 1 November 2025

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 1 minute later. Council ref: 2860120.

The footpaths in Lilburn Drive were resurfaced in the summer. This week, w/c 27th October, telecoms work was carried out and the telecoms manhole cover on the corner of Daniel’s Reach and Lilburn Drive was lifted during the work. This resulted in damage to the surface of the footpath around the cover, with some missing and some broken/cracked but still in place. With the coming winter weather this is likely to get worse.

  • Yesterday, 5th November, more telecoms work was carried out and the telecoms manhole cover was again lifted. This has resulted in the broken/cracked area being displaced and it is now raised.
