Horse Shoe Lane.

Reported via desktop in the Damaged/missing pedestrian guardrail category by John - Facilities Officer at 12:07, Monday 3 November 2025

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 1 minute later. Council ref: 2860225.

Missing section of handrail on Horse Shoe Lane between Red Lion Square and Sheep Market/castle St. Complaints about the missing handrail. Moreso, as the weather is getting worse and the elderly and those who have mobilty issues rely on the handrail. This is a health and safety issue.

  • We’re sending you this message to let you know that the hand rail is not the property of Lincolnshire County Council Highways Department. Being ornate and brass it is not a utility handrail. We are sorry but we are unable to assist further. The Cosy Club may have further information. Thank you for reporting this matter.
