Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2860235.

An alder tree is gradually falling over and is now at an angle of about 30 degrees. We cannot now get our tractor and drill past it. If it goes any further it will bring down a telephone line. It has a painted red dot on it.
