Mud on pavement between care home and junction with London Road. tractors harvesting cabbage in field opposite. Sweeper active cleaning road but depositing large quantities on the pavement making it un safe for people walking to and from care home, some quite elderly. Other residents also annoyed by the quantity of mud. Also appears to be entering and blocking drainage gullies in kerb particularly near junction as evident after recent heavy rain
